Shipping & Returns


Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt during operational hours (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Special or customized items may take longer. If we are temporarily out of stock, items will be back-ordered and shipped upon receipt. Continental United States orders are shipped prepaid via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) unless size or weight limitations dictate otherwise. shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from delay or inability to deliver on account of fire, labor disputes, accident, acts of civil or military authorities, (Martial Law) or from any other cause beyond our control.

Read carefully - Sparco products can only be returned if unopened. See the procedures below!


The return process


  1. Email us at sales (at) (replace the " (at) ", including the spaces, with '@') to receive a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the return.
  2. Ship product via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS back to the address immediately below. Be sure to reference your RMA number on the shipping label or box so it is VISIBLE.

  3. When we receive the product, we will issue a credit for the returned product, less a 15% restock fee. Shipping charges are not be eligible for a refund.

What qualifies for a return?

  • Product must be unopened, in sellable condition and have been shipped to you within the past 30 days
  • or,
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • or,
  • The product was defective

Products that do not qualify for a return:

  • Non-stock, special order, discontinued, or sale items
  • Opened products
  • Products shipped over 30 days ago

Prior to returning a product, you must contact at sales (at) (replace the " (at) ", including the spaces, with '@') to obtain an (RMA#) return authorization number. Note - If you return a product to us without an RMA#, it will be rejected and returned to you. An RMA# helps us to expedite your return and give you the proper credit. Once you have received your (RMA#) authorization number please follow the return policy guidelines.

Return Policy Guidelines:

  • Items returned within 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Please write the RMA number clearly on the package label.
  • Enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing list in the box.
  • Returns accepted must have the package being returned with freight prepaid.
  • Returns must be received by within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number.
