Shipping
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt during operational hours (Monday through Saturday, not including holidays). If you order before 5.00pm in your time zone, and the item's in stock, there's a high probability we can ship the same day.
We ping the warehouses every 15 minutes, so if the item was in stock when you added it to your cart, we double-check one last time before we accept your payment so we know it's still available.
Continental United States orders are primarily shipped prepaid via Fedex/UPS and are frequently handed off to other last-mile carriers as needs dictate. As Fedex and UPS are the most flexible with shipping options and they pickup late in the day, we recommend looking at them first; note that if you select USPS (Postal Service) or OnTrac they only offer weekday pickup and your order must be in by 12.30pm or 2.30pm respectively.
Note - If your address includes an Apt# or a Unit#, you must include it! If it's unclear to Fedex or UPS your shipment may be returned or disappear into the "undeliverable" category, both result in an additional expense to you. We are not responsible for lost/undelivered/returned orders if you did not include the full address.
TrackReadyProducts.com shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from delay or inability to deliver on account of fire, labor disputes, accident, acts of civil or military authorities, (Martial Law), the Russians invading or from any other cause beyond our control.
The return process
Read carefully - products purchased from Track Ready Products can only be returned if unopened. See the procedures below!
What qualifies for a return?
- Product must be unopened and have been shipped to you within the past 14 days, or
- The product was damaged during shipping, or
- The product was defective when you received it
Products that do not qualify for a return:
- Non-stock, special order, discontinued, or sale items
- Opened products
- Products shipped over 14 days ago
- Email us at sales (at) TrackReadyProducts.com (replace the " (at) ", including the spaces, with '@') to receive a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) number for the return.
- Ship product via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS back to the address immediately below. Be sure to reference your RMA # on the shipping label or box so it is VISIBLE.

- When we receive the product, we will issue a credit for the returned product, less a 15% restock fee. Shipping charges are not be eligible for a refund.
Return Policy Guidelines:
- Items returned within 14 days of the invoice date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, minus the original freight.
- Please write the RMA # clearly on the package label.
- Enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing list in the box.
- Returns accepted must have the product being returned with freight prepaid.
- Returns must be received by TrackReadyProducts.com within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA #
