Looking for a hard tonneau cover for your 2024-2025 Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor with a 5'1" bed? The BAK Revolver X4s Hard Roll-Up Tonneau Cover, part number 80342, is cut for that application. It is a hard roll-up, so the bed opens by rolling the cover toward the cab instead of folding panels.
The Revolver X4s is BAK's most secure do-it-all hard roll-up, with Level-3 slash resistance, a seamless matte vinyl surface and a low profile.
A mid-size bed fills up fast. A hard cover that secures the load and still opens up for the big stuff makes the Ranger more capable day to day.
A close fit to the rails. The roll-up sits nearly flush with the bed rails, with flush-fitting side seals and a bulkhead seal built in to resist leaks and dust.
No seams on top. The surface is a single piece of aluminum-reinforced TriShield 70-grade vinyl over interlocking aluminum slats rated for 400 lb evenly distributed. The slats, clamps and hardware are matte black to match.
Level-3 security. The Revolver X4s is slash resistant, and patented rotational locking rails with automatic slam latches resist prying, slicing and forced entry. Close it and it locks.
100% bed access. PrecisionRoll technology rolls the cover up toward the cab, integrated safety straps hold it rolled, and the open cover does not block the rear window or factory cameras, so you can drive with the bed open.
The BAK 80342 gives you locking, slash-resistant coverage when the bed is closed and a clear bed when it is rolled up, backed by a five-year limited warranty. Get it from Track Ready Products.
Expect to be done in under an hour. The Revolver clamps to the bed rails with the included kit, so there is no drilling.
Wipe down the rails, seat the cover, then snug the clamps a little at a time on both sides so it pulls down square. Test the latch and the open and close action while the bed is still empty.
After the first week of driving, recheck the clamps and retention hardware for tightness, and check them again now and then. Wash with mild automotive soap and water, keep the cover secured at all points while driving, and clear snow and ice before opening.
