The BAKFlip G2 Hard Folding Tonneau Cover (226409) is made for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra with a 5'7" bed. The hard panels protect your cargo from weather and prying eyes, and the folding design opens the bed in one move.
The G2 is the proven BAKFlip design: aluminum-skinned panels, EPDM seals, automatic latching and a no-drill clamp-on install.
Tundra owners get a full-size bed, and a hard cover keeps what you haul secured and out of sight between loading and unloading.
Weather is part of the design. EPDM rubber perimeter seals, rounded hinges and built-in drainage work together to keep water and debris out of your bed.
Aluminum over a solid core. That construction keeps the cover light enough to live with and tough enough for the job, and the semi-gloss black powder coat is made to resist fading and chipping. Struts hold it against the cab when folded to keep the ride quiet, and you can carry up to 300 lb of evenly distributed weight on top.
Open it when you need it. Release the cover, fold the panels toward the cab, and the whole bed is available for lumber, bikes, gear or a load of mulch. The cover never has to leave the truck to give you the space.
Security without extra steps. Automatic slam latches lock the panels as they close, and the hard aluminum-skinned panels keep cargo out of sight and out of easy reach.
Before you order: It is not compatible with Trail Special Edition storage boxes. Also match the bed length shown in the fitment line above.
The BAK 226409 pairs a hard, lockable lid with a clamp-on install that most owners handle themselves. It is assembled in the USA, covered by a three-year limited warranty, and available now from Track Ready Products.
This is a clamp-on install: no drilling, hardware included, and a typical time of 30 minutes or less with hand tools.
Start with a clean set of rails. Position the cover, tighten the clamps evenly, and run it through a full open and close cycle to check that it moves freely and latches.
Recheck the clamps after about a week, wash with mild automotive soap and water, and clear off snow and ice before opening. Keep the cover secured at all points whenever you drive.
