BAK Industries has been building hard tonneau covers since 1988, operating out of a 125,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Madison Heights, Michigan. They invented the multi-panel hard folding truck bed cover and have spent the last 35 years refining that design into the most popular hard tonneau lineup in the market. Every cover is designed and assembled in the USA using aluminum panels, precision-engineered side rails, and EPDM rubber seals — the same core construction that made the original BAKFlip the benchmark for hard folding covers.
The lineup at Track Ready Products covers the full BAK range. The BAKFlip G2 is the entry point — aluminum panels, 300 lb capacity, 3-year warranty, and a glossy finish at a price that makes sense for a daily driver. The BAKFlip MX4 steps up to a matte black finish, 400 lb capacity, improved sealing, and a 5-year warranty on the GEN 3 version. The BAKFlip F1 adds a fiberglass-reinforced polymer top for a body-color match option. The BAKFlip FiberMax combines FRP over an aluminum core for the premium folding tier. On the roll-up side, the Revolver X2 uses a vinyl top and the Revolver X4s upgrades to a full aluminum slat construction with automatic rotational locking rails. T-slot rail versions (MX4 TS, Revolver X4ts) add accessory mounting for racks and cargo systems.
The guides on this page cover how to pick between folding and rolling styles, what the MX4 adds over the G2, installation steps, and vehicle-specific fitment for the trucks TRP customers run most. Browse BAK tonneau covers by truck →
