The Wilwood 140-7141-D is a complete rear disc brake kit from the FDL Pro-Series line, built for muscle car rear axles that still need a parking brake. It uses black powder-coated forged billet Dynalite four-piston calipers, 12.19-inch one-piece drilled and slotted rotors, and BP-10 SmartPads. The parking brake is an internal shoe design that hides inside the hat, so the rear end keeps a clean look while still providing static holding power. Stock drum rear brakes cannot match this clamping force or the heat capacity of a larger vented rotor. Compared with cheaper generic conversions, this kit is specified for OE C-clip axles, which gives a 12-bolt Chevy builder a documented match instead of a custom fabrication job.
Fitment centers on Chevy 10 and 12-bolt axle housing flanges with a 2.75 to 2.81 inch axle offset, and the manufacturer states it is for OE C-clip axles only, with no support for special-end or C-clip eliminator conversions. The kit may fit some 15-inch wheels, so check the wheel clearance diagram in the instructions before you buy. Plan for a moderate install: photograph the existing brakes before teardown, confirm your axle flange and offset with the manufacturer's tech line, and budget for hydraulic lines and a parking brake cable, which are not included. Searches for "12 bolt Chevy C-clip rear disc brake kit 2.81 offset" and "drilled slotted 12.19 rear parking brake kit" lead to this exact configuration.

The manufacturer recommends verifying the axle housing flange and offset on its website, and says that kits may fit other vehicles, so you can also call Wilwood Sales and Tech Support at (805) 388-1188.
This is an experienced-installer job. The manufacturer's instructions warn that installation should be performed only by people experienced with disc brake systems, and they recommend photographing the brake system before and during disassembly because many vehicles have undocumented variations. On some spindles, OEM caliper "ears" can interfere with the new caliper and may need to be removed. Check that the hat studs match your hardware, since the kit's hats are drilled for 7/16", 1/2", and 12mm studs. The parking brake must be properly adjusted before use and readjusted over time, so budget time for cable routing and setup. Torque everything to spec and bleed the system fully after the brake lines are connected.
