Heavy-duty GM trucks without the MultiPro or Multi-Flex tailgate use the Pro X15 1473301. It does not work with the factory side storage boxes or the CarbonPro bed.
Cross-frame reinforcements in aluminum sit under the overlay to resist sagging from weather loads. The cover was tested between -40 and 180 degrees F and in up to 95 percent humidity.
Profile is very low: the 15-degree rails ride almost level with the bed rails, about a third lower than the Lo Pro by TruXedo's count.
Mounting is clamp-on with no drilling, and the job takes under an hour with hand tools. Removing it later is quicker still, thanks to the quick-release handle.
Check the clamps one week after install. Keep sharp or shifting cargo away from the fabric, roll the cover periodically if it stays open for long.
