The Antigravity AG-T6-60-RS is a T6 / L2 lithium car battery built around 60Ah of LiFePO4 cells, a Re-Start keyfob and a built-in battery management system, in a case that is meant to drop into the factory tray.
Lithium has a reputation for going dead with no warning. Re-Start is Antigravity's answer: a low-voltage cut-off protects the cells, enough energy stays in reserve to restart the engine, and the keyfob or top button releases it when you need it. Behind that sits a full battery management system covering over-discharge, over-charge, short circuit and thermal protection, plus cell balancing.
Antigravity claims up to 70 percent weight savings over lead-acid, and this 17.75 lb battery is where you feel it. Antigravity quotes an expected service life of 7 to 9 years depending on use, with low self-discharge and no acid or hydrogen release while charging. Track Ready Products stocks the Antigravity AG-T6-60-RS, so you can pick up your battery and your other track-day parts in one order.
This is a straight swap in most cases. Disconnect the negative cable first, then the positive, lift out the old battery and set the Antigravity in the same tray with the hold-down snug but not crushing the case. Connect positive first, then negative.
Charge it only with a charger that supports LiFePO4. A standard lead-acid or desulfator charger can damage the cells, and Antigravity recommends its SC-4 or SC-10 Super-Chargers.
Match the terminal side to your old battery before you order, and make sure your cable ends fit the threaded terminals.
Cold weather trims lithium cranking performance, which matters for winter-driven cars. Delivery requires an adult signature, so schedule accordingly.
